Training days,time & venue: The Under 10's train on a Sunday Morning at Kirwan Park, training begins at 10.00am.
The Heineken cup visits Kirwan Park
The emphasis is one of skills development in an atmosphere of enjoyment and friendship. Players will learn the fundamental skills of rugby and gain an understanding of positional roles and technical knowledge appropriate to this level.
The age group play full contact 8-a-side matches on a non competitive basis in line with club and IRFU guidelines. The matches are part of the Metro League against clubs in Dublin and the Greater Dublin area as well as friendly games against traditional rival clubs.
Players:New players, including beginners are very welcome at any stage during the season.
