Women's Rugby

The DLSP Ladies team reformed in 2020 and we are delighted to be able to once again submit a team to the Leinster League.

​

The squad trains a couple of nights a week in the club: Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30PM. New members are always welcome, even if you have never played before.

We would be delighted to introduce you to the wonderful team sport that is rugby and we promise that you will make friends for life, get fit and have fun.
