Deserved Recognition for Dr. Michael Foley

We were delighted to have our very own Dr. Michael "Mick" Foley named as the Metropolitan area nominee for the Seán O'Brien Hall of Fame award. This is a prestigious honour, awarded annually by Leinster Rugby to recognise and celebrate lifetime service, dedication and volunteerism in domestic and junior club rugby.

At the recent ceremony in Westmanstown Sports and Conference Centre, the attendees heard how Mick has contributed so much to the history of both De La Salle RFC and De La Salle Palmerston FC over the years. It says it all when the guest speaker on the day, Reggie Corrigan, came over to Mick to ask for a photo with the man of the hour! Congratulations Mick!
