First Salmo Academy Session of the Season

We were delighted to host the first De La Salle Palmerston Academy session of the year at Kirwan Park last Sunday and what a session it was - hosted by Fintan Gunne and Gus McCarthy from Leinster Rugby.

The guys went through some positional specific drills for all the scrum halves and hookers in attendance along with some ball work, footwork and a competitive game of tip to round it off.

On behalf of the academy we would like to thank Fintan and Gus for being so generous with their time and energy.
